All larger cities have such clinics. Testing is confidential (no name has to be given) and free of charge. In addition to HIV, free-of-charge testing also includes hepatitis B and C. <br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hiv.ee\/en\/contacts\/hiv-counselling-and-testing-cabinets\/\">CONTACTS<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Youth counselling centres<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Youth counselling centres across Estonia offer services to all young people under 26&nbsp;years of age \u2013 also those without valid health insurance. Testing for HIV at youth counselling centres is not anonymous, but the test results are only available to the doctor and the person being tested. <br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hiv.ee\/en\/contacts\/youth-counselling-centres\/\"><strong>CONTACTS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General practitioner or medical specialist<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>HIV testing is possible at your GP\u2019s office as well as at all medical specialists\u2019 offices as needed and recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Linda Clinic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Linda Kliinik provides free rapid HIV testing and distributes condoms for HIV prevention, educates the populace (people or population) and fights stigma against those living with HIV\/AIDS in the city of Narva, Estonia.
